Notched trowels
Notched trowels are for creating a drain plane behind EPS Foam Board with Basecoat Adhesive on adhesively attached water managed EIFS.
Scarifiers – puts the “scratch” in scratch coat. Used for the application of the three Coat Hardcoat Stucco.
Cast aluminum alloy mounting is securely attached with rivets to the tempered steel blade.
Notch style and size help to control depth and amount of adhesive applied.
Used to spread adhesive or mastic on the base surface before laying tile or other floor coverings.
•Sizes available in wood and Durasoft: 3/8″, 1/2″, 19/32″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 1/2″, 9/16″
Floats
Floats are available in both foam and plastic. Floats are used to create the desired texture when applying Tique Acrylic Stucco Finishes.
Bucket dippers – used for scooping cementitious material such as Tique Basecoat Adhesive or Fiber Sanded Stucco. The cement is scooped out of the bucket and placed onto a hawk for easy access to material and easy troweling.
Trowels
•Trowels are made from metal and are used when applying a smooth layer of material to a vertical or horizontal surface.
Cam-Lock Notched trowels
•Adjustable handle positioning with cam-lock mechanism.
•Blades can be removed from handle.
•I-beam mounting improves the rigidity of the blade.
•Handles and blades can be purchased separately
•Notch sizes available: 1/2″ & 3/8″
Duraflex trowels
•PermaShape guarantees trowel will maintain original flat shape.
•Flat blade makes applications easier with more consistent finish.
